1. Agreement
StockQuotient (the “site”) is an independent project built and run by a solo developer. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Information only
The site provides general information for research and education. It is not financial advice and does not create any adviser, broker or fiduciary relationship. The full disclaimer forms part of these terms.
3. Accounts
You can sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You can stop using the site at any time and ask us to delete your account.
4. Acceptable use
Use the site for your own personal research. Do not scrape, crawl or bulk-download the site or its data, resell or republish our scores or data, interfere with the site’s operation or security, or access it by automated means other than ordinary search-engine indexing. Brief quotations with attribution and a link are welcome.
5. Our content and third-party data
The site’s design, text, scores and methodology belong to its developer. Company filings, market data and other third-party material remain subject to their owners’ terms; see data sources.
6. No warranty
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, availability or fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or financial loss, including trading or investment losses, arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.
8. Changes
We may change the site or these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed; continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the U.S. state in which the developer resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
