Scores describe; they do not predict
Our valuation, growth, profitability and risk scores rank a company against peers using reported figures and market prices. They describe a company as it looks today. They are not price targets, not forecasts of future returns, and not ratings. A high score does not mean a stock will rise, and a low score does not mean it will fall. “Lower relative risk” means safer than most peers on our measures, not safe.
Data can be wrong or out of date
Figures come from company filings and third-party data providers and are processed automatically. They may be delayed, incomplete, restated later or simply wrong, and our calculations may contain errors. Prices are end-of-day, not live. Always check important figures against the company’s own filings before relying on them.
